At Tees Valley Motorsport, we believe in making motorsport accessible to all while continuing to innovate within our own sphere of competition. Our unique approach includes supporting individuals with fewer resources available to them, those with mental health issues, and those who may feel that they don't have what it takes to race. Not everyone can get to F1. We show you the pathway to endurance racing success at a fraction of what you're probably spending to go karting. There's room for everyone to thrive in the world of motorsport.
Our commitment to the future extends to showing young people that many pathways can lead to careers in motorsport. Not just as drivers. But technicians, event managers, catering, hospitality, PR, marketing, sponsorship, social media, and more. For too long, the opportunities for young people in motorsport have been overlooked. We aim to change that. We particularly believe in Hydrogen Combustion engines, for motorsport. Fans and drivers don't want silent cars. Part of the atmosphere, the excitement, and the passion comes from the engine noise. We can ensure that noise remains but with zero emissions.
Our ultimate ambition is to get to the Le Mans 24 Hours Race with a car built, prepared, and run from the North East, and powered by developments of our Hydrogen Combustion technology.
Our programmes are mainly focused on a pathway to endurance racing. So we have Prokarts, moving to Enduroka, Club Enduro, up to Britcar and GT in the UK, and ultimately towards the Le Mans 24 Hours race. This route is much less costly than heading for F1, but can still lead to a lucrative long-term career. Even if you don't pursue your path all the way to Le Mans, there are plenty of opportunities to continue employment, or self employment in the motorsport industry

Motorsport is expensive. No question. But there are better value options that can help drivers progress, and not bankrupt their families.
We encourage drivers to follow a pathway to endurance racing, where lucrative careers are possible, and major opportunities leading all the way to Le Mans. Sourcing our own sponsorship eases the costs, and do all we can to bring the best out of everyone. We can't guarantee success, but we will give you the tools you need to compete, at a fraction of the cost. We will help you develop your career, gain experience and create a future that gives you a decent salary.

Education
We believe passionately in the power of education. And the colleges in Tees Valley are led by some amazing people. We aim to harness the enthusiasm of young people and help them develop additional skills, to add to their job prospects. Very often, they never consider motorsport as a career option, when it is just a short step from what they already do. Not just as technicians, but in hospitality, catering, event management, marketing, PR, and sponsorship, etc. Empowering, developing, & encouraging, and this is particularly applicable to those with Autism, ADHD, or any other aspect that may be seen by other to be a disadvantage.

Hydrogen
We see the ultimate solution for zero emissions coming from a combination of all the current options. But we also believe a key ingredient for transport will be Hydrogen, either as the catalyst to produce electricity, or using existing Internal Combustion Engines converted to run on Hydrogen.
Our engines retrofitted to run on Hydrogen, power our Prokart endurance kart, and our two prototype endurance race cars, all scheduled to run in late 2025.
Additionally, while we continue development on retrofitting, we are now developing our own engine design too.
